Prize Draw Rules

Entry into the promotion is deemed to be accepted under the following terms: The promotion is open until 30/07/07.

This Free Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK, excluding employees and families of Markettiers4dc, Procter & Gamble or any other agencies professionally associated with this promotion.

Entrants under 14 require the consent of a parent or guardian. If the prize draw winner is under 18 years of age they must be accompanied on the weekend break by at least one person aged 18 or over.

No purchase necessary.

All entries received by July 30, 2007 will be entered into a prize draw and the first entry randomly selected by an independent person will win a weekend break at The Vineyard at Stockcross for four people. Prize must be taken by 31/12/2007 and may be subject to availability.

The winner will be notified within 14 days of the close date via email. Winners have 21 days from the date of notification to claim their prize. If they do not claim their prize within this period they will no longer be eligible to receive their prize.

The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Only one entry and one prize per household. Applications received through third parties will be invalid.

The winner will be provided with full details of the prize at the time of notification and these cannot be altered without cost to the winner.

Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, delayed or incomplete.

Markettiers4dc and Procter & Gamble reserve the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances outside their control due to circumstances beyond their control.

By entering the prize draw, competitors agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
